I had a group of friends who were exquisite dancers. They all took classes at the Arthur Murray Studios and not only knew all the latest steps, but made excellent partners for each other as they had all studied the same techniques. Although Esther and Herb Felcher, portrayed in this lovely remembrance, did not become the professional performers that Bobby & Elayne did, they had great potential. In fact, they used it to start a thriving singing telegram business, most of which they personally deliver. Herb still has all his white suits, freshly pressed and bagged and hanging in a local U-Stor unit. This festive piece measures 16″ x 20″ and is made with fresh acrylic paint on canvas board.
