"The Shulman’s Got A Great Bush For The Money"

The Shulmans were elated when they purchased this excellent example of the Chanukah Bush species. My friend, Lu Shulman, took a Creative Chanukah Crafts class and made lovely ornaments out of food colored matzoh balls dipped into resin. They looked marvelous on the bush until Lu’s pet hamster got out of its cage and consumed the kosher ornaments while the family was at synagogue. Balls or no balls, the Shulman bush was, by far, the most impressive holiday foliage I have ever seen (though I have yet to behold the famous Rockefeller Center Christmas tree).
