This delightful cooking implement makes me think of things I would eat if I were in a mountain town with a brook running next to my log home and I certainly can’t eliminate fish from the menu. Aunt Peggy used to use this beauty to flip her famous “Halibut Tips With Mole Sauce” on the grill.
