Stunning 1960’s Silver Lame Brocade Chemise Dress!
This gorgeous vintage brocade chemise makes me feel like going out dancing! I regret to say, however, that the full length photo Skippy took of it does not do it justice! (I told him not to take the snaps in such bright sunlight, but she had her sunglasses on and wouldn’t listen.) Please refer to the close-up photo for a more accurate color portrayal. The brocade pattern is composed of sparkling and dulled silver lame leaves against a sky blue background. Very naturey. The dress is lined with white satin and comes to just above the knee. I’m not sure what size it is, but it measures 20″ across the chest and flairs to 26″ at the hemline. It’s 38″ from the top of the shoulders to the bottom of the dress and a generous 21″ zipper runs down the back. There is no label inside this frock but I can tell you it’s an absolute classic in flawless condition! I can’t believe Esther Felcher gave it up, but she did, so here it is in Bubble’s Basement.
