Here are The Elegant Pimpernicks as history recorded them opening night of their The Millennium Reunion Tour at the fabulous Tail of The Rooster Supper Club. These three talented funksters had not spoken since 1969 when they split over a disagreement re repertoire – Protest Funk or simplified chord Fifth Dimension cover tunes. Even though they hadn’t heard each other sing until they hit the stage, their vocal chords were graced with the same melodious blend that once made them beer garden favorites. It’s no wonder these showmen still fit into their gorgeous suits as they all were devoted disciples of the great Jack La Lanne.
