Little Zoe was a “surprise child”. Henry and Marguerite were professed ‘married singles’ and had no desire to “bring their eggs to harvest”, but fate had her way and this cute little chick was born. Henry and Marguerite treated her like an ‘adult’ from the minute she was born so as not to feel like aged ‘parents’. Zoe’s first Christmas presents included a roulette wheel, a full set of autographed Jacqueline Susann novels and a bagel cutter.c
