"John’s Teeth Were Affected By His Trumpet Playing"

John was such an inspirational horn player. He liked to say he could play 375 different styles of music from Jazz to Rock to Flamenco to Jewish. But scatting the standards was his specialty as far as I was concerned. John was a handsome guy except that his lip was permanently flattened by the weight of his trumpet. And his teeth always looked like they were wedged in his mouth like something shoved in a gap in a window to keep the draft out. It felt like you were kissing a potato masher when you were lucky enough to get a peck from this guy. This John is 11″ x 14″ and is likely to perk up any room he plays in. Genuine acrylic paint.
