"Portrait Of Arnie and Esther Fogelstein"

I used to play Bridge with this charming couple. They had a lovely ranch home and knew how to load a snack table like no other hosts I’ve known. Esther wasn’t a cook but loved to serve her guests headcheese roll-ups into which she cut designs with little scraps of metal Arnie saved from his shop projects. I always hoarded the pig and donkey ones as the pimentoes made such cute tongues. Tasty too! Good luck to Arnie and Esther, wherever the years have taken them.
