"The Reception Is At Shakey’s"

These four girls were inseparable until older sister Sally got pregnant by the pin man at the Rocket Bowl and decided to get hitched. The wedding was lovely except when Uncle Larry fainted walking down the aisle and landed on Sally’s soon to be mother-in-law. These girls come from a family of podiatrists, though, so it wasn’t anywhere near as traumatic as it could have been. Uncle Larry’s heart was a lot less healthy than his feet, but Sally’s dad had just removed his corns and was familiar enough with his medical records to prescribe medication. This family portrait is sized at 14″ x 18″ and is made with paint (acrylic!) on canvas board.
